North Korea Suffers Major Internet Outage
SEOUL — North Korea experienced major internet disruptions on October 7, as reported by Reuters.
According to an analyst monitoring North Korean internet traffic from the United Kingdom, Reuters noted that the outage has impacted all access points within the country. The analyst indicated that the issue is likely internal rather than a result of a cyberattack.
Prominent North Korean websites, including major news platforms and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' website, remain inaccessible, Reuters reported.
