  • Agility Robotics goes public via a $465 million SPAC, setting a new milestone as the first U.S.-listed pure-play humanoid robot company.
  • Backed by Nvidia, Amazon, and Foxconn, Agility aims to scale production rapidly despite modest early revenues.

On November 5, 2026, BigGo Finance reported that Agility Robotics began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker AGLT following a $465 million SPAC merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI. The IPO not only marks the first U.S. stock market debut for a company focused solely on humanoid robots but draws backing from major investors such as Nvidia, Amazon, SoftBank, and Foxconn, which alone has committed $201 million.

Agility’s pre-money equity value is approximately $2.5 billion, notably smaller and currently less profitable than China’s Unitree, which listed three months prior at nearly $50 billion and is already profitable. For 2025, Agility reported $1.8 million in revenue and a net loss of $138.1 million, but claims over $300 million in committed multi-year orders from key customers including Amazon, GXO, Schaeffler, and Toyota, as noted by GlobeNewswire.

The company’s flagship Digit humanoid robot has logged more than 65,000 operating hours. Agility says it will start customer deliveries of its next-generation Digit 5 in early 2027, with broader market availability expected by year-end, according to Yahoo Finance.

Proceeds from the public listing will fund the expansion of production at RoboFab, Agility’s 70,000-square-foot facility in Salem, Oregon, designed to manufacture up to 10,000 robots annually. CEO Peggy Johnson stated that the Nasdaq debut is a milestone for the U.S. robotics industry and underpins Agility’s goal of driving industrial automation and workforce transformation.

Trading as AGLT, Agility Robotics is focusing on scaling operations to fulfill customer orders and advance innovation in humanoid robotics, as reported by BigGo Finance.
