The company also revealed plans to initiate mass production of Sealminer A3 mining equipment by the end of 2025. The SEAL03 chip, designed for Bitdeer's next-generation Sealminer A3 machines, demonstrated its 9.7 J/TH efficiency in prototype tests under low-voltage and ultra-low-power conditions. This marks a significant advancement in the energy efficiency of Bitcoin mining hardware, a development receiving attention as the industry faces increasingly narrow profit margins. Mass production of the Sealminer A3 is slated to begin in the second half of 2025, with Bitdeer aiming to strengthen its competitiveness in the high-efficiency mining equipment market. Additionally, the company is progressing with the development of the Sealminer A4, targeting an efficiency of 5 J/TH. The initial tape-out for the A4 chip is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.
