Previously, Prosecutor Taiano had frozen $100 million worth of digital assets related to the Libra scandal. Dalbon highlighted that Davis possesses considerable economic resources and resides abroad, which increases the likelihood of flight. "Davis is a key figure in the Libra scandal," Dalbon stated, "Given the scale of the scandal and the enormous losses suffered by investors, Argentine judicial authorities must respond proactively." An Interpol Red Notice allows law enforcement agencies worldwide to track and arrest individuals on behalf of requesting countries. If approved, Interpol can share the notice with its 195 member countries and seek their cooperation.
