# Raoul Pal Forecasts Bullish Outlook for Bitcoin Amid Rising Global Liquidity Raoul Pal, CEO of Real Vision and former Goldman Sachs executive, has projected a bullish trend for Bitcoin and the broader cryptocurrency market, driven by increasing global liquidity. Pal took to X (formerly Twitter) to highlight the historical correlation between Bitcoin and the global money supply (M2). He stated, “This is just a regular correction... The tightening in liquidity from the stronger dollar and higher rates is almost done, and financial conditions are easing fast. M2 is headed back to new highs.” “This too shall pass… Crypto is still feeling the tightening in liquidity from the stronger dollar and higher rates in Q4 2024. That is almost done and financial conditions are easing fast and M2 is headed back to new highs. This is just a regular correction…” Pal tweeted on March 10, 2025. Additionally, Pal emphasized that Bitcoin is exhibiting a price pattern similar to that of 2017. During that time, policies from former U.S. President Donald Trump led to a rise in interest rates and the dollar, which caused Bitcoin to experience a sharp decline. However, the market later rebounded successfully. “There was a similar correction in 2017, and the market response to Trump's strong dollar and rate hike policies eventually reversed, leading to an upward trend,” Pal noted. Pal also anticipates that Bitcoin will continue trading within the logarithmic regression channel. “In the long run, we continue to rise along the logarithmic regression channel,” he said, adding, “Whether we stay within the main channel or break through by more than one or two standard deviations will be determined by the cycle.” ---
