How do I cancel my subscription?
You must cancel your subscription with the billing provider you selected.
We currently do not store enough information to cancel for you.
Please take note during the signup process if you will need to
cancel or not. Some billing providers do not rebill some do.

No need to pause your account. You are not under contract. You may cancel and subscribe as you please.

We don't store enough information to do account upgrades. I'm afraid some biling features are just not worth the privacy risk.

How is your solution different from www.vpnpop.com or other VPN providers?
First off in the intrest of full disclosure we own and operate a medium sized VPN provider. We developed unblockmedia
from the sheer demand for video content. Problems is video content costs money.
We fixed that with our no VPN solution Unblockmedia.com.
Our system removes the need to VPN; they force all your traffic to route through a specific server ie super slow.
Unblockmedia only routes what it has to to beat the security systems, leaving the rest of the internet untouched.

it comes from the provider, ie Netflix. It's the fastest solution possible. Unblock media also does not change
your Ip address. You don't need to switch back and forth to watch diffrent services it just works.

DNS Hijacking and unblockmedia.com
Vodafone and Telstra Clear in New Zeland and Italy. Apprently you need a static IP use external dns servers.
True ISP in Thailand was also on the list of ISPs that hijack DNS requests.
Syban Systems is a Horrible ISP in our home city that hijacks DNS requests.
Emirates Telecommunications in the UAE as part of the whole censorship attempt hijacks.

Can I loan out my account? or can I use it at multiple locations at the same time?
The quick answer is yes; but you can only use our service from one device or router at a time.
If you setup your home router to use our service then every computer in your home may use our
service. If you pack up and go on the road you must authorize your new location on the front page.
Once activated on the road the home router would cease to function.

My IP address changes alot will this cause a problem?
The only limitation of dynamic IP's is that you'll need to visit our main page every time it changes.
Your browser will be automagicly forwarded when trying to access Netflix, Hulu or other supported sites see services.
The problem comes from other devices that may not have supported browsers. I'm afraid no fix exists for this problem.
You will need to get to our page on some device to check your service; cell phone services do not count; you must
be on the same network as the device your wishing to stream to. We suggest you just setup unblockmedia on your router.

Will your service work at hotels and wifi hot spots?
The short answer is most likely it won't work. Often hotels, wifi hotspots and cellular networks use a tecnique to isolate your connection.
They get in the middle and break it to make it easier to digest. We have developed a windows application that currently gets around this
problem but it's not ready for public consumtion if you feel you have skills and can help debug please let us know.
